CDM Electronics has announced the promotion of Al Tulini to Quality Manager, overseeing every aspect of quality assurance, product inspection, calibration of monitoring/measuring devices, customer/supplier corrective actions, etc. Al brings over 30 years of experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing and quality management to his new role, much of which from WPI Interconnect/Cooper Interconnect where he specialized in mil-spec and tactical communications interconnects. Al joined CDM’s team in 2010 in the position of Quality Engineer, and his strong knowledge of mil standards made him uniquely qualified to interpret and execute the highest level requirements for Product Environmental/Qualification Testing.
Al has a degree in Electronics, hands-on knowledge of CDM’s production protocols, process instruction development/implementation and ISO procedures. Al owns a small farm in Lower Alloway’s Creek, NJ, and when not working he can be found hunting, fishing, golfing and driving tractors. He gives back to the community by holding various volunteer positions (including NJ State Chairman) for Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the world’s leading wetlands conservation organization.
